This year hasn’t been exactly a walk in the park. It has taken a lot of prayers, grace and buckets of humor and blind optimism. Now standing on the last day of 2012, I feel like I’ve finally crawled my way to the end of the year. I am filled with a deep sense of thankfulness and I am in awe of God’s hand in getting us here. Nothing’s perfect. And yet, despite the imperfections, I’m glad that I’ve still managed to enjoy the little things in life.
Here’s wishing everyone a fabulous New Year filled with wisdom, grace and happiness!
January – We welcomed the New Year with enthusiasm and surrounded by the people we love
February – Lotsa shopping and eating in Hong Kong!
March – We learnt a new word this month – acoustic neuroma
April – We learnt to live every day with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the little blessings in life.
May – Appreciating the beauty of spring in Hokkiado. And the transience of life.
June – Happy Birthday to me!
July – Pigging out and photography fun in Penang
August – Just a wee bit more fun on the sunny beaches of Redang before school starts again for The Hubs
September – Home improvements finally completed!
October – After weeks of making frankensnacks, I finally get the hang of wheat free baking. Yippeee!
November – It’s almost the end of the year, and we’re still playing hard and exploring new places
December – A time of winding down, and celebrating with family and friends.
